The principle of operation: the stirring shaft and the ceramic stirring blade are fixed in the horizontal barrel of the coating machine. Silica flour mixes and contacts with modifiers fully in the barrel around which there is a jacket with heating mediums to allow them to be coated well. The solvent vapour discharged from the vacuum orifice on the casing is filtered entrainment powders through bag filter, and then it is condensed in a condenser for recycling. Halt the machine when achieving the coating demand and discharge the silicon flour from the discharge port in the bottom of the barrel. Then carry on the operation of the next batch of silicon flour. Batch operation, round barrel and dynamic and static seal point of precision process can allow the equipment to achieve high degree of vacuum. The inner side of barrel, stirring shaft and stirring blade adopt ceramic linings.
Equipment characteristics: 1. uniform coating silica powder;avoid overheating and oxidation of the modifier; extremely low moisture content,very high coating available silica powder; 2. evaporation intensity is high, can generally be evaporated 10-15kg (water) /m2 .h; 3. without air intervention,the condenser load is small, easy to recycle materials solvent. 4. no environmental pollution after filtration by the solvent vapor entrainment through the bag filter. 5. energy consumption: General evaporation of 1kg water to water vapor 1.3-1.5kg; 6. discharging valve is no dead angle in cylinder, easy unloading; 7. heat medium is available for water steam, hot oil, hot water. |
