It used for the materials of the Mohs hardness less than 5,such as the 7-20μm of the milling and classifying work of pyrophyllite,clay,graphite,kaolin,gypsum,rock salt,anthracite,lime stone,fluorite,calcined lime,asbestos,carclazyte,feldspar,saw dust,coffee bean ,powder coating,epoxy resin,pesticide,polrvinyl chloride,defatted soybean,glucose,paraffin wax. It composed of the milling part and the classifying part. The milling part has the counterattack plate hammer impeller, and the edge speed can reach 80-100m/s,the materials that fed from the feed opening received high speed impaction in the milling part, with the higher speed hitting on the jagged lining board, the liner shape contributes to the materials internal recycle, and made materials receive repeated impaction, at the same time, producing the alternation of the positive and negative airflow, which made materials receive the hitting force,impaction force,alternative drawing force and the interactions between materials, thereby formed large amount of fine powder. The negative pressure wind that entered into the milling part from the wind inlet, through the milling area, it took the fine particles into the classifying part, and the classification impeller rotated with the high speed, and formed the forced vortex field, which would make the qualified fine powder through the separator impeller enter into the filtering system.

(5)Compared with the traditional mechanical impact crusher, the MCF impact crusher can make the milling particle size reduce 5-8μm, in addition, and improved the grade of the mechanical impact crusher. (6)Due to the restriction of the abrasion problems, it can only be used for the ultra milling of the less than 7 of materials. (7)The materials that require more about the whiteness can use the ceramic tool bit、nonmetal classification impeller, this can prevent iron from invading. |
